What is CrossFit?

Good question...
The simple answer is; Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity.

 

Hmm, I still don't know what that means...?

It means we train in a way that makes you better at life, mimicking the way you move daily, things like squatting, pulling, pushing and so on.

These are demanded from your body in daily life.
