GETTING STARTED
If you’re interested in getting started at CrossFit Devils Path, then the best thing to do is GET IN TOUCH. We’ll then arrange for you to simply pop in to watch a session, or if you’re worried about anything, as we get it can be scary to start, we can sit down, have a coffee, explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have. A free Taster session is the best way though to get a good feel for what we do.

‘CFDP FUNDAMENTALS’
Our FUNDAMENTALS course is the beginning of your journey with us. We will introduce you to the 9 main movements used in CrossFit, plus a few more common ones and we split these across 3 sessions. Don't worry, we aren't expecting you to be an expert at the end of the course, but you will definitely be more confident and comfortable for when you move into the main sessions. The 9 fundamental movements or CrossFit are:
Air Squat
Front Squat
Overhead Squat
Strict Press
Push Press
Push Jerk
Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Deadlift
Medicine Ball Clean
A few of the more common ones are:
Wall Balls-Burpees-Skipping - Box Jumps - Kettlebell Swing - Rowing - Sit Ups
